to Build the Lou-Vee-Air Car I
"The Rules" Object: To build a vehicle powered by air. The vehicles will be raced over a fixed distance. The vehicle cannot be pushed or touched at any time during the race. The first vehicle to cross the finish line is the winner. If no car finishes, the winner is the car nearest the finish line. Be Creative
