"The Robotics module is the latest addition
to the Exploring Technology program at Wellsburg Middle School . The students
are self-motivated in the construction and programming of the robots, using
different types of sensors. The robotics training was at Washington Jefferson
College and was given by The National Robotic Engineering Consortium of
Carnegie Mellon University New program additions are PRO/DESKTOP, RINO,
and CHIEF ARCHITECT.
I would like to thank the Mr. Bartz, Ms. Springborn,
and Ms. Paesano for their support of the Technology program. Special
thanks to Libby Strong, project director of the WLSC SMART Center, for
furnishing the Robotic software and hardware for the Robotics Module."
