GEMS (Girls Enjoying Math and Science) Camp June 23 and 24, 2014 APPLICATION FORM

girls
entering grades five through eight

Cost
$60 with
snacks and lunch provided with the fee.
Learn
and have
fun at the same time with other girls who love science. Join in activities
and experiments in

can you find fossils and learn
about what lived here many millions of years ago? Geologist and Paleontologist, Ray Garton
of Prehistoric
Planet and Robert and Libby Strong of the SMART-Center will
lead the
sessions. Touch
real dinosaur
bones and learn more about a variety of prehistoric life.

Bases,
Terraforming, and Interstellar Travel Camp

Physics Camp
August
4 and 5, 2014 APPLICATION

students
entering grades two through seven

a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cost

Build
a straw
tower, experiment with flight, and learn how to use physics as
a tool for
understanding engineering.
All
activities are grade level appropriate, safe, and fun. New activities and
